Q1. What do you do?

A1. We provide a service that allows servers and PCs to be securely backed up to an off-site storage location. You can have your data backed up daily and automatically without having to do any extra work.
Your business data is stored securely in a our data center. Even if your office is completely destroyed by fire, flood or earthquake, your business data is safe.

A2. Please have a look at our pricing page or contact us if you have a specific requirements.

 

Q3. What makes you different from other network backup operators?

A3. Our quality of service and support. Our eRestore™ system makes restoring your files simple from any location. If you aren't confident in doing the setup yourself we can install remotely for you using our RemoteHelpdesk software or even coming out on-site if thats what you need.

 

Q4. How do I pay?

A4. We can take payment by credit card but our preferred method for business users is standing order. Once you have submitted your signup order one of our representatives will explain payment options.

 

Q5. Do you offer a free trial?

A5. Yes! You can use up to 50Mb of storage free to see how the service will work for you. Please enter your details on the signup page ticking the box for free trial.

 

Q6. How long do I have to signup for?

A6. Our minimum contract length is 6 months.
